You may use Spam Assassin to stop (blacklist) someone from emailing you.

1. Login to cPanel and click the SpamAssassin icon.
2. If you have not already, please enable SpamAssassin.
3. Enter any IP address or email address in the blacklist_from field.
4. Scroll down and hit Save.
